Hi. I'm looking for a DVD set for certain shows, mainly the sit-com "Becker." Amazon doesn't have it available there yet. So, I was wondering if anyone here ever orders DVD sets of shows and if so, where else do you shop for videos/DVDS besides Amazon.com? Or would you know any other reliable places to buy such things from? Thank you in advance for any info you may have relating to this.

another site you could try is www.half.com. I find that some of their items are a lot cheaper then amazon even if the item is used on amazon, it can be cheaper on half.com.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions of other sites. Also, in response to Post 4, I did look this subject up before coming here to post about it, just wanted to know what sites others here may have used or would suggest since I only really know about Amazon as being a reliable site, I mean since that's a pretty popular one and everything. Thanks though. *smile*

Now that I'm reading that last post, it sounds somewhat defensive, but I didn't mean to come across like that. Just appologizing in advance if it does to anyone. *smile* Thanks again everyone, and if y'all have more ideas, feel free to post here of course. *smile*

a couple of places I like are: www.cdconnection.com and my new favorite www.deepdiscount.com, as standard shipping within the U.S. is free. If you can't find the show, it might not be out on commercial DVD yet. a good resource for TV-related dvds is tvshowsondvd.com. Unfortunately I think their search is down because when they were using Google's search, it would bring up results for companies that basically sold bootleg DVDs. Yes, these bootlegs were shows that hadn't appeared on commercial DVD yet, but I guess the website objected to the illegal status of the stuff. But anyhow, more websites for you to play with.
